Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Wynwood Design District

Arrived on 2.17.26,and had the pleasure to meet Alberte. One of the friendliest ,most helpful and professional front desk person's ever. I observed her interact with ALL of the guests,children included. She gladly answered any questions myself or my cousin had and made suggestions based on our inquiries. The room we were assigned was very nice & clean. However,we noticed the refrigerator was making noise. We advised Alberte,who came up immediately and offered to change our room.We agreed, changed rooms & left. No more than minutes later,I returned to the room to pick up something, when I saw the repairman in the first room repairing the refrigerator. How impressive!! Alberte is a real gem, I wonder why such a skilled employee hasn't been recognized and valued. She's definitely management worthy. Come on Hampton Inn & Suites,your repetition is based on great employees and service. Do better

I just want to say that I think this place is awesome. Kinto at the front desk went above and beyond during my stay here!! His Customer Service skills, kindness, and caring truly made my stay WONDERFUL!! If my Customer Service Reps had half as much personality and knowledge and kindness with Customers...well, my company would be golden!! About the hotel.. it's located super close to Wynwood with all the nightlife and amenities you could image and is EXQUISITE!! High quality furnishings in all the common areas, a delicious Contentintal Breakfast from 6-10am on the 2nd floor that includes a waffle bar, fresh baked breads including bagels, a cereal bar, eggs, sausage, and potatoes... beautiful pool, gym, business center, meeting rooms and rooms. I'm a business traveler and this hotel hits all the right things. Full sized shampoos, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and even body lotion that are all sulfate/paraben/phthalates/artificial colors/ animal testing free! Important to those of us with colored hair or eco-friendly wants. Wall controlled temperature settings. What I can only describe as blackout curtains, and so much more including multiple and almost excessive USB and plug in connections in the lamps, near the desk, and around the room that truly make it easy to connect all your stuff and things for charging. I think the room TV might have been close to 48 inches even? I highly recommend this hotel and if you meet Kinto, please tell him hello from me!!

Beautiful hotel! This was our first time staying here for a quick one-night trip, and we had a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a great view from a high floor. The chat feature with the front desk was incredibly helpful. Torri at the front desk was especially sweet! We had been texting with her on our way to the hotel with some parking questions, and when we arrived she remembered us and gave us such a warm welcome. If we return to Miami, we will definitely stay here again!

We selected this property based on reviews and location. We were coming to town for a cruise out of Miami. The hotel service was excellent, the staff went the extra mile to make this an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was included which just made it a little bit easier. The room was clean and a little larger than expected, we had reserved a room with two queen beds. Unfortunately we had bad weather and did not get a chance to use the pool on-site since it was near freezing, not typical weather for Miami. The only somewhat negative was the transportation to the port seemed to be overwhelmed that day, not the hotels issue. It was easy enough to get alternate transportation to the port. We had dinner, food was good and price was reasonable. Bottom line we would visit again.

I had EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE PROVIDED BY ERIC!!!! The ONLY reason I enjoyed my stay at this hotel was solely because of him! He deserves the very best as an employee at your establishment. He’s definitely a keeper, you cannot find ppl that provide the type of customer service that Eric offered me and my spouse during our stay. The first room we went into was nasty and the sheets were stained, Eric found us a better room with no hesitation. The stay itself was not impressive whatsoever, but Eric was the best. I think an upgrade and remodel is very much needed at your hotel. I would expect more of a Hampton inn honestly. But thank you Eric for everything!!!

We had a very good experience with this hotel. We did have a technical issue upon check-in but was quickly resolved once we came to the front desk. Room was very clean, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and engaging from the text message touch points, the smiles to the conversations in passing. Parking is onsite for a fee and is very handy to have access to this.

Check in was super smooth. Our room was ready at 3pm. Our room was quiet over looking the pool. This hotel was so close to Target, and several dining options. It was a quiet night, slept well. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Morning breakfast was the Hampton typical. If in Miami I would totally stay here again. This was our pre cruise hotel.

This is a decent hotel which is made better by the helpful staff. Everyone at the front desk was cheerful, helpful, & professional. Our king room had a modern style, & was spacious and clean. One can easily walk to restaurants, Whole Foods, Target, and pharmacies. Cruise shuttle was prompt and a reasonable $10pp. Not a high end property, but just right for a two-night stay.
